The Allen's were ready to remodel the Kosher kitchen in their Weston home. The Allen's came to Lewis Reif at Allied Kitchen and Bath with a list of "musts" for their new space, including two sinks, two dishwashers & three ovens. They needed some very creative and innovative solutions to update their original kitchen. Her passion for culinary arts translates beautifully into superb dishes that not only unify her family around the dinner table, but also provide for the children at the JAFCO Children's Village.

They met with Lewis Reif, a certified kitchen and bath designer (CKD, CBD) at Allied Kitchen & Bath, in Ft Lauderdale. With his twenty six years of experience in Kitchen & Bath Design and a spectacular flair, his design wheels began turning. He imagined how he could open up their cooking space and provide a comfortable culinary atmosphere. The original kitchen provided barely enough space to cook, so Reif came up with multiple design plans that would increase the wall and floor area, add extra storage space and expand counter top landing zones. A full, multi-functional working island was installed to help with the heavy volume of food preparation and to act as a center point for the family to gather around. The increased space also helped to accommodate the state-of-the-art gourmet appliances including an oversized cooktop to accommodate all those pots for chicken soup!

Reif and Allen still have a profound relationship to this day. Because of their bond, Allied Kitchen & Bath has opened their showroom to several JAFCO events, all of which featured an amazing spread of desserts from Allen's kitchen. Together they have united to help children in need.
